Created from a photo I took of the Star Drug Store in Galveston, Texas. The historic Star Drug Store opened in 1917 as a pharmacy with a horseshoe-shaped, tile soda fountain counter. It is known as "the oldest drug store in Texas" and it was the first desegregated lunch counter in Galveston and some say its haunted!

This painting is created from a photo I took of The Palace Theater in Marion, Ohio. This historic landmark opened in 1928 and was the place where my sister and I had our dance recitals in the 1970’s and 80’s, and no doubt this place lives in the hearts and memories of folks for almost 100 years!

This is a painting of a Mailpouch barn I took a photo of in Coshocton, Ohio. I find these barns fascinating; of more than 20,000 barns, MailPouch painted the last one more than 30 years ago, and spanning over 100 years of painting these barns, there are only a few thousand left today.
